Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provide at checkout. You will receive an email from our automated system every time the status of your order changes.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to ship once you have placed your order. Outdoor Donkey will make every effort to accurately estimate the time-to-ship in the item description, but if you have specific questions regarding the delivery timeline of an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outdoor Donkey, LLC reserves the right to refuse your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) the availability of the products, and (b) if the products are incorrectly described or priced on the webpage. In the event that your order is canceled or refused, you shall receive an email from us letting you know. Additionally, if your order is refused or canceled following payment, Outdoor Donkey will reimburse you for the full amount paid.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order is shipped from Minneapolis, Minnesota. We strive to ship daily Monday thru Friday, however, most in-stock items will process and ship within 3-5 business days at the latest, with the approximate delivery time being an additional 3-5 business days after shipment. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the next business day.
Outdoor Donkey ships most orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking information. For USPS first class packages, please allow 5 business days. For orders being shipped to Canada, please allow up to 12 business days.
We recommend that during busy shipping times, such as winter holidays, you allow an extra week for delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in new, unused condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To return an item, please send an email to email@example.com with the order number and reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and an RMA number. You will be responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
Due to wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not exactly match the actual products shipped. Color/grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange.
